PET POLICY & DAMAGE WAIVER
This Red Roof Inn accepts pets. We
realize the vast majority of pet owners are conscientious, and we
appreciate your business. In order to continue to accept pets we
must also consider our other guests and our neighbors. In order to
maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests, we must ask
that you sign and comply to the following rules while staying
at this Inn:
-
One well behaved
pet 80 lbs and under only permitted in each room.
-
You must register your
pets at check-in. There will be an up-charge of $25.00 + tax
per night for every additional pet.
-
Animal cannot be left
unattended in the room or left in the cars overnight at all
times under any circumstances at all during your entire stay.
If a pet is found unattended in the room the guest will be asked
to leave and will be charged for the night.
-
No "Do Not Disturb"
sign to be placed on the room as it needs to be cleaned up
every day.
-
Due to safety concerns
for our employees, they are not authorized to enter the
room while the pet is in the room caged or not.
-
Animal noise to be
kept to a bare minimum or non-existent level, as barking
dogs create nuisance for our other in-house guests.
-
Clean up after your
pets. Walking your pet all over the property is not allowed.
The backside of the second building is the only designated area
to walk your pet. The handler must pick up all the droppings.
You may use the two trash cans located at the back of the
building.
-
Grooming of the pets
is absolutely not allowed in the room.
-
In the event of any
property damage, littering of the carpet or any excessive hair
due to grooming done to the room, guest will be assessed a
"damage recovery fee" of $250 per day charged to the room
account and credit card on file.
Violation of any of the above rules
may result in your being asked to leave the property and will result
in loss of future privileges to stay at this Inn.
Thank you for your cooperation.
